Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and SDD Travels has confirmed the booking. The applicable advance payment will be communicated at the time of booking.

1.2. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation requests should be made in writing by email, WhatsApp or another communication method accepted by SDD Travels. Unless different conditions are stated in the quotation or booking confirmation:

• 14 days or more before the scheduled service: eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable payment processing or third-party charges.
• 7–13 days before the scheduled service: up to 50% of the amount paid may be refundable.
• Less than 7 days before the scheduled service: the advance payment may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
• No-show or cancellation after the scheduled service has commenced: no refund will normally be provided.

1.3. Changes to Bookings

Customers may request changes to travel dates, itinerary, vehicle, passenger numbers or other booking details. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. If a requested change cannot be accommodated, the applicable cancellation conditions may apply.

1.4. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer. SDD Travels is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers. Non-refundable payment gateway, bank, currency-conversion or third-party charges may be deducted.

1.5. Cancellation by SDD Travels

In exceptional circumstances, including vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, severe weather, government restrictions or other events beyond our reasonable control, SDD Travels may cancel or modify a booking. Where we cannot provide a suitable alternative, the customer will be offered an appropriate alternative or refund of the amount paid for the affected service, subject to applicable third-party charges.

1.6. Third-Party Services

Where a booking includes hotels, attractions, activities, restaurants, guides, transportation providers or other third-party services, those providers' cancellation and refund conditions may also apply.
